First Step: Decide what your budget is. Do you have plans?
Yes: Good. Are you happy with them? Is there anything you don't like or something you want has not been included?
No: Then you may choose to take preliminary site measurements yourself, or we can do this for you.

Things that need to be considered:
Appliances: Refrigerator, stove or hob/oven, range hood, microwave
Storage: Drawers or cupboards. Appliance garage. Pantry. Wine rack. Open shelves
Accessories: Rubbish bin. Cutlery/utensil trays. Spice racks. Tea towel rail/pull. Pull out pantry. Corner carousels.
Bench Top Material: Stonex, laminate, stainless steel, granite, timber .....
Sink: How many bowls, how many drainers, over or under mounted?
Door/Drawer Front Material: Lacquered customwood, glass, melamine, timber, timber veneer....
Practical Considerations: Doorways, windows, walkways, ceiling height, existing plumbing constraints....

Next Step: We will provide you with a quotation, floor plan and 3D views. Options can be given for different materials, depending on your budget. A booking is made and delivery date set.

Construction
A site re-measure will be carried out and any variances will be brought to your attention and last minute changes made. We will go through the plan with you and confirm all your material and colour choices. Specifications on chosen appliances will be gathered for installation sizings etc. If you aren't able to find ancillary tradespeople (plumber, electrician etc), we can help. A 40% deposit becomes due at this point.

Your kitchen will be made in our workshop by our tradesmen. You are welcome to inspect your kitchen at any stage of the manufacturing process.

Installation
Your kitchen will be installed at a time convienient to you and your ancillary trades people. Please allow two days for installation. Please note, some bench tops have to be "templated" once the cabinets are installed, then manufactured and installed a few weeks later. We are professionals who respect your home and posessions, all possible care is taken.

Completion
We know you'll be happy!
At this stage you will be sent an invoice for the balance of the kitchen, payable in seven days. We offer a ten year guarantee on workmanship and manufacturers warranty on all hardware installed in your kitchen.
